There are no refunds issued on any of our merchandise.
We inspect all merchandise before shipping to ensure there are no defects. If, however, you receive a damaged or defective item, please return it to us within 10 days of the date it was delivered. The item(s) must be in unused and unworn condition, and within the 10 day time frame in order for the return to be processed, otherwise your return will be refused.
Please contact us for a return form and fill out the form in its entirety, print it, and include it with the merchandise you are returning. When requesting a form, we also ask that you include a picture of the damage for our review.
You will be contacted by email when we receive and process your return, if we require any additional information, and/or if your package is refused for not meeting the criteria above.
Please note that unfortunately, original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping a return.
Once we process your return, you will have the option to exchange for the same item, or given store credit to shop for a different item.
There will be no exchanges or credit given on merchandise that is not defective.
